The Labor & Delivery class is designed to help moms feel calm, confident, and prepared for childbirth. This class walks through the stages of labor, what to expect during delivery, and natural comfort and breathing techniques to help manage pain.

Moms will also learn when to go to the hospital and how to advocate for their needs, leaving feeling informed, supported, and ready for their baby’s arrival.
