Tummy Time

The Tummy Time Class is a fun, guided experience that helps babies build strength and coordination while giving parents confidence in supporting early development. Through age-appropriate activities and play, babies learn to strengthen their neck, shoulders, and core—important foundations for rolling, crawling, and sitting.

Parents will also learn how to make tummy time enjoyable, safe, and part of their daily routine, while connecting with other moms and celebrating each baby’s progress together.
